The Department of Agricultural Engineering has been established during 2011. It has well developed lab and lab equipments models of four stroke and two strobe engine models, centrifugal pump etc. Soil and water conservation models/equipments, Viz point bore well recharge models, watershed model, and subsurface drainage models. Soil survey and levelling equipments Viz, chains and tapes. Ranging rods, optical square, Dumpy levels etc. Department has established permanent runoff plots for estimation of crop co-efficients. Apart from this department has solar equipments Viz, solar still, solar dryer, solar cooker and solar water heater, solar spryer, solar street lamp etc.
